I Lagree because
I am a huge believer of mindful movement. Lagree is not only a wicked workout for the body by focusing on activating your slow twitch muscle fibres, but it's also an amazing workout for the mind. I find the slower the pace of class allows me to consciously connect to my breath creating a deeper sense of mind and body connection.
