What Lagree means to me
Lagree to me means strength. This method and Lagree West has given me a strength and control in my body I never had before, despite the many other forms of training I was doing.
Favourite Lagree move
This is the hardest question by far.... but probably Cobra. It took me so long to do it well, but now it's worth all the work that went into it!
