A: Your visit history and account info will transfer over, but purchase history will not. If your credit card details have been recently updated or captured in the weeks leading up to our migration, we may require that info to be re-entered in our new system. We will also have all guests re-sign a new waiver.*If you require your purchase history for any reason, please reach out to us prior to February 15, 2023.

A: Ultimately, our decision to migrate from Mindbody to Mariana Tek is to create a much better user experience for our guests.As of January 25, 2023, we will no longer be searchable on the Mindbody Connect app, and all reservations will need to be made on our brand new Lagree West App! (details on how to download to come).
Guest user experience will be optimized. You will be able to book classes for friends, pick a spot for certain classes like Mega Cardio, and much more.
There will be a brief interruption to our booking services on the morning of Wednesday, January 25th. After that, a cleaner, more efficient, more beautiful booking experience awaits you.

A: Up until Tuesday, January 24th, all reservations will be made via MindBody (as per usual) and will transfer to our new system. As of Wednesday January 25, all reservations will be made via Mariana Tek, online or via our new app. Details on how to download to come! -
